Your Information
Any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your data.
Placing an order
5.1 You can make an enquiry about our products by calling us, contacting us via our website https://rax2assets.com, or through our other online channels. We will provide all the necessary information to place an order, including product details, prices, document requirements (see ‘Money Laundering and ID Requirements’), and estimated dispatch or delivery times.
5.2 When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods from us at the price we have communicated. This does not yet form a binding contract.
5.3 A binding contract is formed only once we confirm that all ID checks (if applicable) have been passed, payment has been received, and your order has been accepted.
5.4 We may reject any order at our discretion — for example, if payment cannot be authorised, goods are unavailable, or eligibility criteria (such as age or residency) are not met. If an order is not accepted, no payment will be taken (or any payments received will be refunded).
Price of Goods
6.1 Prices for our goods are stated on our website or communicated by phone, email, or post. All prices are in pounds sterling (£GBP) and exclude delivery charges. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in precious metal markets.
6.2 Prices and delivery charges may change at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
6.3 In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If goods become unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you, cancel the order, and refund any payment made.
Making Changes to Your Order
If you wish to amend your order after submitting it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
